health & safety

Our top priority is the health, safety and well-being of our guests and team members.

  • All high contact areas are consistently sanitized

  • Tablecloths are utilized and changed with each table setting. 

  • Employees are to wash hands with soap and water every half hour and after dropping off food from tables to the dishwashing station. 

  • Guests are to be able to make contactless payment through their mobile devices.

  • Touchless hand sanitizer stations will be at the front door, outside the bathrooms, near the server stations and placed at each table.

  • Touchless soap dispensers and waste baskets are installed in the bathrooms and disposable paper towels will be available to dry your hands.

We are taking reservations for our dining room, patio, and lounge area. We have a strict dining limit which is a maximum of 2 hours in order to allow the next seating to be accommodated without a wait. We, therefore, ask respectfully that you arrive on time for your reservation as we cannot hold tables more than 10 minutes past the actual reservation time.  

special requests

Your experience is important to us. Please let us know if you have any special requests. This includes dietary restrictions or food allergies, if you are celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, or if you have a table preference. Although we cannot guarantee specific tables, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Fiola Miami Dress Code

Smart Casual. No jacket is required. During the summer season, we do allow casual chic modern attire, including tailored shorts, however, we respectfully recommend that gentlemen refrain from wearing beachwear, sleeveless shirts, and baseball caps. Athletic wear and torn clothing are not permitted.

Corkage policy

Corkage is not offered Friday & Saturday Nights as well as on Holidays. We allow corkage Sunday thru Thursday for lunch and dinner and Friday lunch for $100 per bottle (750ml) maximum 2 bottles per table of any wine not already represented on our current wine list. Tables up to 4 one bottle is allowed, tables of 5 and over two bottles are allowed. Monday, we offer a 25% discount on our entire list.

PARKING

Valet parking is available for lunch service $8 per vehicle, dinner service $12.
